 Name: Governor Theodore Davis Alias: N/A Species: Human Age: 52 Location: New York City Classification: Human Occupation: Governor Appearance: [Above] Personality: A politician. That pretty much sums him up. He is sneaky, conniving, scheming and ambitious. He wants nothing more than to be the president in charge when the first man is on mars, or when the mutant crisis is overcome, or when any other astronomically good thing happened so that he can take credit for it. Power: Does being a dick count? Brief History: He ran in the previous gubernatorial election where he won by a landslide after promising to bring an end to all Mutants within New York. He has the highest approval rating of any Governor in the past twenty years, and has the highest likelihood of winning the next race. Purpose:
- LTG Masters:
 Name: Lieutenant General Franklin O. Masters Alias: N/A [Former Callsign: Watchdog] Species: Human Age: 64 Location: Washington D.C. Classification: Human Occupation: Secretary of Mutant Defense Appearance: [Above] Personality: Masters is a rather difficult to read fellow. He is a professional in keepings with the highest honors and traditions of the Army, though he is much more laid back and relaxed in a private setting. If he ever does get mad, he will give his Soldiers the ass-chewing of a lifetime, but then offer them a glass of whiskey that he keeps hidden in his desk, he doesn't want to be a hard ass too much after all. Power: n/a Brief History: Serving in over 36 deployments into combat zones, this is a true American hero. The man is one of the highest qualified soldiers to have ever graced the military. He was actually the best of the best, until he learned that his own daughter was a mutant. He had to choose between his family and the oath he had been defending for over forty years of his life. He chased his daughter out of his life, she hated him for it, but she didn't know he did it so that he wouldn't have to arrest or kill his own daughter. This led to his drinking habits, as before this he had never drank outside of the day he came back from deployments. Now, everyday he knows his daughter is in harms way is worse than a deployment. Purpose:
- Sarah Silver:
 Name: Sarah Silver Alias: n/a Species: Human Age: 32 Location: New York City Classification: Human Occupation: Journalist, Internet Personality Appearance: [Above] Personality: Sarah is a kind woman, very curious and extremely adventurous. She is an excellent journalist always willing to go above and beyond to get the latest scoop. She wants nothing more than to be able to write a Pulitzer prize winning piece. She loves her younger cousin, Shane as well as his younger sister. She has an on and off relationship with Oliver McAllister, but the two certainly have a romance, it just hasn't become official yet. Power:Brief History: Her story really started when she and her family adopted her younger cousins Shane and his sister. They grew up together. They visited her at college and always had a good time together. When she graduated and got a job at the New York Times, she had to move, but the two of them would visit her very often. It was shortly after this that she got her interview with Oliver and their relationship began. She is one of the few people alive who know Shane's secret, and recently, she found out Oliver's as well. Purpose:
